Experience –

Has 5+ years’ experience successfully completing professional installations up to or larger than 10,000 SF

KNOWLEDGE OF RESINOUS COATINGS –

• Has excellent working knowledge of mixing and applying resinous coatings
•Able to teach or train others in the importance of adhering to safety, storage, and handling guidelines

KRETUS® KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING –

Able to recommend and install KRETUS® products and systems based on Pre-Job Checklist findings, product knowledge, testing, training, and previous experience

ON SITE SUPERVISION –

• Able to take full responsibility for all aspects of the installation process
• May require guidance or advice when experiencing challenges in the field

Project Overview –

• Recommends systems and products best suited to meet environmental conditions and jobsite requirements
• Communicates the importance of substrate testing, surface prep/repair, and onsite mockups with parties involved before beginning
• Orders and inspects products well in advance of project start date
• Hires/works with sufficient amount of skilled applicators to complete installation on schedule
• Streamlines installation using a well-organized mixing station
• Sets and meets reasonable expectations
